2006 Salmon River Jetboat Races

The WWA provided safety boats for the Salmon River Jetboat Races again in 2006.  The event was held over the weekend of April 15 & 16 and this year the weather was a major contender with intermittent rain and wind on Saturday.

As always, there was spectacular action as the boats maneuvered through the rapids and poured on the power in the long open stretches.  Many thanks to all the WWA members who contributed their time and boats to the cause.  Our apologies to Mike and Molly who were among the participating safety boats.  We just couldn't get any photos of you out there on duty, but we know you were there.
